This study evaluates the tolerability of sedation-free transnasal endoscopy (TNE) with virtual reality (VR) distraction in pediatric patients aged 5–22 years and introduces the “TNEase Score”, a physician-reported tool to assess patient tolerance. Between March 2020 and April 2021, 110 procedures were performed, achieving a 98.1% completion rate.
